Maytag Dryer beeps like it will start when youch push start button, red light for clean screen comes on and then does nothing. Lights are lit, but does nothing

need more info. Is it making a noise?

Is it getting warm?

No sound would indicate motor isn't running. Some sound might indicate a broken drive belt. Heat would indicate the heating coils are lighting up.

There are over temp cutouts and door switches that could be bad. The control could also be bad.
