Xbox series S keeps turning off

So my Xbox keeps turning off in seconds. I can’t access my account or anything it just shows the Xbox logo thing and sometimes after that it says that something has gone wrong and I have to reset it or something, or it just turn off right after the logo thing. But when I do have the chance I press on the reset button and then starts restarting. But as soon as the progress bar reaches 10% it just turn off automatically. I don’t know what to do It just keeps turning off no matter what. I tried unplugging the cables and putting it back, let it cool down and not overheat, I don’t know what’s going on

please help :(
