after 5 min horizontal line appeared

I have vivo phone till noon it was fine u saw the phone and kept after 5 min horizontal line appered but the line are not appered in all the areas it ia appear in the apps like in that straight line and in whatsapp only in text area not fully if anyone have any solution let me know
