I received a phone that I can’t remove the two pentalobe screws

hello, I received a phone that needs a battery replacement. I can’t get passes step 1 probably because the last person to work on it over Tightened those screws. How do I fix this isssue?

If the screws are just spinning in place, what you may be able to do is lift up on the screen a bit with a suction cup while turning. This may force the threads on the screws into the metal hooks on the screen and help push them out when you turn them. If the heads are stripped out you may have some luck by placing a rubber band between the screw head and your driver bit and turning while applying some pressure.
