Stick with riders after resoldering is not in the correct position

Hi, i have this issue, sorry for my english, i have few controllers with same problem, and i dont know why is this doing.

I switch riders and it happens, so I try to switch the full stick and it happens again, I fix JDM-055, these greens are terrible, I personally love the orange ones, do you know what I have to do to fix this problem, thank you.

The stick I have to put a little bit down to the right to reach the center, the lever otherwise behaves normally, but simply the resting position is in the left on the top out of tolerance.
