Is my iPhone’s U2 IC bad..?

My iphone wasn’t getting charged by a non apple charger then i tried original apple charger

it started getting charged but it was draining very fast

my phones battery health was 88% but it was stuck at 88 from a long time

then i got the battery Replaced and phone was normal again but today I noticed that the battery drained even i was not using it ,after using a non apple cable

But now i used original accessories and it’s ok

is my phone’s u2 ic bad or was it just a battery problem please help..?
