Can I repair a Wireless XBONES CNTLR using parts from CNTLRModel 1697?

Hello!

I’ve got a Wireless Xbox One S Controller (1708) with a missing right trigger assembly and a damaged left analog stick input (barely working, does not move properly) and I was wondering,

Would it be possible for me to repair the Wireless XBOne S Controller (1708) with parts from the Wireless XBone Controller (1697), since they’re using similar parts?

Could I disassemble the Right Trigger assembly on Model 1697 and then reassemble the Right Trigger Assembly on Model 1708, using the parts from the disassembled Model 1697 Right Trigger Assembly?

Could I also use the left analog stick input from Model 1697 and install it on Model 1708?
