Phone not charging or recognizing battery.
Recently, I repaired a customer’s iPhone SE 2020 screen. Everything went as usual and I had it done and back to her fairly quickly. However, upon returning the phone she notified me that the phone was now saying the battery can’t be verified as an original Apple battery. I can confirm, however, that it is the original battery as the phone had never been repaired before. The phone is also not taking a charge. When the phone is connected, it chimes but doesn’t show the lightning bolt in the top corner, and it says 0%. I connected the battery to my QianLi iCopy to see if it could read the battery, and it just says connected, it doesn’t show any data about the battery. I have a spare iPhone 8 battery in stock that I swapped it with to no avail. I tried a new charging port that I ordered for her, still no success. I’m assuming it’s something with the board, but I don’t know what. I took an eye loop to it and everything appeared to be in tact.
