(Philips relabelled Saeco) What's the meaning of red wrench 2?

I’m getting an error display that’s not explained in the user guide of my EP3550 (Philips, previously Saeco, very similar to the Minuto series).

It’s a red wrench symbol with a number 2 in the bottom right corner.

What does it mean, what does it take to further diagnose and possibly repair?
