I have a 1993 Club Car DS gas powered golf cart. When I start it up
When I start my engine up the cart takes off immediately even though I only apply a slight amount of throttle. I have little control over the startup. It operates fine after it is moving - I just have little control over the start.
Hello. I am just commenting because I do not have any direct knowledge of club cars but it sounds like your primary clutch might be sticking. If it does not move out all the way, it could cause your problem. CVT clutches are not real hard to work on so you might check it out. Good luck!
