touch is not working after teardown

The touch screen was working normally, when i tear down the phone and changed the battery connector on the phone, the touch stopped responding, i changed the display, checked the connector and the diodes around, it was all clear, diassembled the layers and checked the connectivity all was ok, i even changed the whole down layer, it still the same, something to notice: when i turn on the phone on the power supply, the ampermeter is abnormal, when it starts it goes to 1.5 then down to 0.1 suddenly, all is working normally but touch is down, it needs an experienced man to know it, please help, thank you
