touch screen not working after layers reassembly

Hi, i have a problem with the touch screen, i tear down the phone for changing a battery connector, after changing the phone worked normally but touch is not responding, i changed the screen, checked the touch connector, diassembled the layers and checked the u5600 i did not look damaged, checked the layer connectivity, i also changed the whole down layer, but still not responsive, any experienced can help me please?, knowing that when i turn on the phone on the power supply it shows unstable and abnormal movement of the ampermeter.
