How do I fix a flashing Windows logo that appears while using computer
When using my computer through macOS and bootcamp, my screen flickers and I can visually see a windows logo in the center.

Have you tried backing up your Mac and then reset it?
Update (03/25/2021)
First Backup your Laptop then Disconnect the Battery and disconnect the Display connectors. Then Flip the Macbook and Hold the Power button for 10 Secs. Plug everything back and see if that helps.but don’t plug in the charger right after your done plug it in after 1H

I don't believe it's software, because it shows up while using bootcamp

Done, it does not look at bad on camera as it is in person

@Zarvarr - Lets do one more with a both a full white and black screen so we can see things more clearly. Open up drawing app to create a full screen image thats plain White and do a second in Black. Now shoot the vid with just the White image and then do the Black.
What I'm trying to figure out if you have a backlight issue, T-CON or an issue within your graphics RAM.
