My pc turn off after a "display port no signal" on monitor
Sometime last week, when I try turning on my pc it would immediately turn off after a message “display port no signal.”
My fans does spin but I noticed that the GPU fan isn't spinning. I'm not sure if it supposed to spin most of the time or not since it hard to see it. I have had this pc for roughly 6 months. I have done some basic unplugging, letting it rest for some time, plug it back in and the problem still persist. Help??

What is the make and model number of the PC or if a custom build the make and model number of the motherboard, CPU, GPU card and the PSU?
Most times the GPU fan runs all the time and it is controlled as to it's speed.
