freeze while watching a video for more than 5 min(the sound continues)

Hi All.

I replaced LCD on iPhone 11 Pro. I just wanted to know if someone ever experienced a situation where the iphone 11 pro screen will freeze while watching a video for more than 5 minutes (the sound continues). The device stops responding. The only way is to restart it! after rebooting the device works fine until that $@$* happens again! The same happens if I use the navigation for more than 5 minutes!

I would blame the new lcd but logically lcd should have nothing to do with unresponsive device as when i hold down the volume and power button i can slide the icon to shutdown the device. So basically the touch is working!

Any tips would be helpful
