Breville BBL605 Need help on how to Replace Driver Coupling

I would like to know how to firstly: Remove the old worn Drive Coupling (Black Plastic bit) I can not unscrew it (like on the youtube video for the kitchenaid) as the whole piece rotates. It seems like the whole thing is going to have to be torn down to access the under side of this piece. But I dont want to dive in with out know at least a little of what to expect. I actually do have the replacement piece ready to go.

Any help would be appreciated
