No service Phone can't read sim card

Hello guys I have problem phone can't read sim card I did change some parts I mean sim card reader and antenna also coaxcial leads as well didnt help at all . Is anyone have any idea how can I fix my phone please help me ? I had new sim card as well put in phone clean booth ways still not working
