Sup guys, my nerf modulus regulator is shooting a bit slow.

My nerf modulus regulator is fine, I got it 2 weeks ago and I always use it. Thing is, full auto mode makes it shoot pretty slow which is uncharacteristic to when I first got it, same thing with burst. Does this mean I need to replace the batteries?

Replacement the battery’s would be a good start.
