Xbox One S turning on but then shutting off

My Xbox one s will turn on but shut off 30 seconds later. I took it apart and tested the power supply and all of the pins were around 11.8. I took out the disc drive and tried turning the Xbox on and it stayed running without it in. I put the disc drive back in and then took the hard drive out and turned on the Xbox but it turned off after 30 seconds again. I put the hard drive back in and took the disc drive out again and then hooked the HDMI cable to my tv and Xbox and it worked but it’s now stuck on an update error e100…Not sure what the problem is, has anyone else run into this problem?
