Sound and Ambilight Work, Picture doesn't and Weird Sound

My TV no longer displays picture while sound and ambilight are working fine when the receiver is on, the Philips logo appears while the TV boots for roughly 1-1.5 seconds before turning off again making a sound while it’s on. The sound is close to a hissing or static (This is a sound independent of the receiver since it also happens with the receiver disconnected and while the tv itself is still booting).

I tried the flashlight test at night and it “worked” aka. i was able to see the Menu and the show running in the background.

I don’t have a voltmeter so it’s difficult for me to check the voltages of the boards/connectors etc.
