iPhone 4 to iPhone 4s

I would like to inquire about turning my iPhone 4 32 gig into an iPhone 4s 64 gig. Is this possible? And is it cost efficient ? If possible may i have a price breakdown of all of the parts. I appreciate all of your time and advice.

For educational purposes why can't it be done? I thought the cases and some parts were the same?

First off, the memory is hardwired to the logic board, so you are already looking at having to buy a new logicboard. Parts of the case and Display are only compatible with heavy modifications. I don't think it is very economical. Possible? sure with lots of financial resources and lots of modification....
