iMac Intel 27" Retina 5K Display (Mid 2017)

Model A1419 / EMC 3070 / Mid 2017 / 3.4, 3.5 or 3.8 GHz Core i5 or 4.2 GHz Core i7 Kaby Lake Processor (ID iMac18,3) / Retina 5K display. Refer to the older iMac Intel 27" Retina 5K Display (Late 2014 & 2015) guides as the system is very similar.

Is there a video on how to Vesa mount a 2017 iMac without the stand. Taking everything apart?

Sadly Apple does not offer the needed VESA mount hardware for this series, they only offer the full case iMac 27" Retina 5K Rear Housing Unit - VESA Version, Apple P/N 923-01667

The best I can offer you is the 2019 Repair manual Apple released publicly iMac 27" 5K (2019) Repair Manual which is a simplified version of the Apple Technician Guide’s. Jump to page 107 for the stand removal section (nothing on VESA).
