Console can't fully read discs

My PS4 slim starts copying the game but eventually gets stuck and fails. I figured out that the problem may be when it tries to copy data from the outer layers. For example AC Odyssey and Watch Dogs 2 got copyed almost entirely, ~12 GB with no issues on both of them, then it failed. I tested the CD-s on another console and they work.
