phone was working perfectly but it fell and the screen became black,

Did everyone have the same problem as me? I have a Blackberry Passport Silver Edition, the phone was working perfectly but it fell and the screen became black, but with no scratches or any damage. When I pulse the power button the screen illuminates but dont show anything, and when the phone is leaved the blinking is orange like notifications but it does not emit any sound.
