MacBook Pro Function Keys 2017 won't turn on after fan change

Hello, I have a macbook pro 2017 A1708. And I was restarting and freezing. I looked it I figure it out that the fan doesn’t work. Then I disconnected betray and check once again then dan was worked for a few second and It didn’t start again. Then I changed the fan and got same result. Is there anything can I do for this mac. Appreciate your help. Thank you.
