My data port on my iPod doesnt work can it get fixed of replaced???

I don't suppose you purchased it less than a year ago? If so, it's under warranty (you can find out for sure here) and should be taken to an Apple store for repair/replacement (be sure to back up your data first).
If it's not under warranty, you would need a new logic board, unfortunately.
