Hi there people,
got an iPhone 5c which doesn’t want activate it gets signal etc. But it just don’t activate tried plugging to iTunes etc. Still no luck. I pressed the little blue i button in the right corner realised there’s no serial number shown. Imei and the meid is shown.
would this be baseband issue? Also does any one know any fix for it. I have tried flashing the device but that didn’t work.
Any help appreciated.

Serial no is not there that means someone has repaired its NAND ic.
If serial no present but no imei then it is issue of Baseband bt in ur case serial no not present but imei is there it is clear issue of NAND Data.

@iphonexpert thanks for your reply. Does that mean if use purple software to adjust the data it will work again? Because I tried flashing the phone and that finished but didn’t fix the issue? Thanks
