Why is the MacBook Pro shutting down and going to sleep constantly?

Hi there, I have an open question but have stopped receiving help replies, MacBook constantly goes to sleep after battery replacement

The problem persists that after purchasing a new battery here from iFixit, my Macbook shuts down randomly when running on the battery and randomly goes to sleep when plugged into the power, even when I am actively using it.

After running the diagnosis I had both PPP002 error and the PPT004 error.

I changed the magsafe power connector inside the Macbook which removed the PPP002 error but the “battery requires service” error still persists.

I have tried calibrating the new battery several times and reset the SMC numerous times and it is still an issue. I believe the battery is faulty.
