Touch ID Dont work after toucBar repair

If the power button was replaced during the repair then it won’t work. Biometric verification components such as TouchID and FaceID in apple products are tied to that specific device. Even if you purchased a brand new machine from apple and swapped the parts between the two, you would lose TouchID without the use of a special calibration tool that only apple and their service providers have. If the button was not replaced, it could’ve been damaged by the technician or it may not be connected properly.

Unfortunately apple does not like independent repair shops working on their devices because it effects their bottom line, but that is no way, any consumers problem. Apple has reached a net worth of 2 Trillion dollars, and they certainly didn’t do that by being honest or helpful to their consumers.
