Small crack in the left most side of the Touch bar.

My mac book is just 10 days old, my phone fell on the touch bar and it got cracked. although the crack is very small and not noticeable but touch bar is not responsive, only 10% of the touch bar is functional rest is not responsive. any idea if this will be covered under warranty or how much it would cost to get it repaired from apple / third party?
