I can’t use Siri or dictation on my iPhone for some reason, Whenever Siri starts up It Immediately says “sorry something went wrong “ and keeps saying that as if it tries to hear me and it fails , the same goes with the keyboard dictation, whenever I tap on the microphone icon it starts then stops .

Did you recently have the screen replaced? Siri uses the microphone on the front camera flex assembly. You may need to have it replaced.

No I didn’t have the screen replaced recently , As I said not only Siri but also the keyboard dictation doesn’t work , Thank you for your reply
