So I brought a one touch all in one coffee house all working but no wa

All works fine just no water coming out to make the coffee sound like it wants to work but just no water this is brand new taken out of box today as was a gift for my birthday very frustrating that it all work apart from water I cannot see any of the pipe to try and prime them the water will not go threw the machine please please help me x
