first photo didn’t come out, second one merged with the 1st

I love my instax.. the first photo i took it didn’t come out, then the second one it comes out merged with the first one so i have a double picture.. the film s not working properly although i m not exposing it to a direct light and i did everything just as i ve been told.. what to do.
