except the ice machine isn't dumping ice.

We've just purchased a Samsung refrigerator yesterday. We have it all installed and everything is working great except the ice machine isn't dumping ice. Our refrigerator is a double door with the freezer a bottom pull out drawer, and the ice unit is located in the left side of freezer. It doesn't have anything in the door. Why is the ice maker not dumping? It dumps when you push the button manually? Should we return it, or what is the problem? We hate to have something serviced that's brand new?
