Keys not working after battery replacement
I replaced the battery and now keys b,h,u, and y do not work.

As someone commented, try reconnecting the screen to ensure that they were properly connected. If this still doesn’t work, it is likely that you damaged the digitizer or digitizer cable when performing this repair. A new screen would correct this. FYI- this is the connector for the digitizer cable:
