Why won't my xbox power on?

About 3 days ago I spilt about 2 fluid ounces of water onto my xbox one s. Problem is that I think it got into the fan thing and damaged something. My xbox was on at the time so when the water spilled, it powered off, I don’t recall if it made a noise when it happened.

So once the water spilled and my xbox turned off, I tried turning it back on but it wouldn’t. I disconnected the power cable and when I go to reconnect the cable, it made like a short chirp or beeping noise. That was unsual because it never did that till now but my xbox still wont turn on.

For the past 3 days I’ve been having the fan on it at different angles hoping the water will dry but still won’t turn on.

I’m thinking of opening up my xbox to try and identify the problem myself but I don’t think I can. I’ve thought of taking it to a repair shop but I can’t at the moment. So please, if there’s any solutions to that I can do at home with spending as less as possible, that would be great.
