Pc is shutting everytime when I turn on .
When turned on, it is turning off after few seconds.This type of situation is faced everytime when I turn on.

You don’t say so does it do this even with the power supply/charger plugged in?
If it still turns off then take out the battery and then plug in the charger. If all works well then your battery is either not charging and/or is defective. Replace it.

Even when the charger is removed...I tried that process several times but of no use.

So it shuts down in all three situations:
1.) Charger and battery.
2.) Just battery and no charger.
3.) Battery removed and only charger plugged in.
Is that correct?
What do the LED lights tell you?
Page 47 of this manual gives you the means of the lights:

It could be that the battery is defective or the power supply/charger is defective or even both are defective.
