I replaced my s9+ display after my phone fall from about 2 meter..the phone worked perfectly for an entire day..at some point i was watching a youtube video and the screen goes black..the phone is still working i can even use the touch screen but the display seems like is turned off!

Open it back up and make sure the display connector has a good connection. If you purchased from a reputable supplier you should be able to file a warranty claim so long as there isn’t any physical damage to the display. You will have to send back the defective unit and either wait for them to RMA it or bite the bullet and order another one then wait for the credit.

I opened the phone and saw that the connector was good..but the connector himself was too much hot! …in fact first time I changed the display I saw that the entire phone was a bit hotter than usual even in idle..might be this that screwed the new display? Or was the display itself that was broke? Also what can be that develop this high temperature inside the phone? Might be a problem in the logic board? I hope not! Thanks I’m advance for help
