Laptop will charge, turn on but not run on Battery
Good Day All!,
I just replace the battery for the laptop surface and the battery came from ifixit. The battery is new as stated in the web site. The battery will charge, the laptop will turn on but it will not run on battery.
The laptop will just run on when the power plug is connected. Once you unplug it will turn off the laptop even the battery show 100% charged.
- I have try reseting the drivers.
- Press the power bottom for several minutes to turn on the laptop on battery. Power cord unplug.
- Reset the BIOS
Nothing has work,
