Right joycon buttons not working.

So my right stick started to drift, I saw that you can use a contact cleaner to fix that so I ordered one. While I waited I havent used my switch and the battery died. When I got the cleaner I plugged the switch in and waited till it charged. When I came back the switch turned on and I pressed the A button 3 times to go through lockscreen. Then my right joycon started doing weird inputs like pressing home button 5 times by itself. Then I resterted the console and the buttons on right joycon did nothing when I pressed them. The only thing that works is the analog stick. Help!
