Vizio D43-F1 Screen flicker

I asked this back in March, and got nothing, but just for fun, I'll ask it again. What is this issue related to? Bad cap/resistors? I'm willing to tear down the TV and look for any sign of the issue, I just need an idea of where to look. I've had a few items in my eBay watch list since then, namely a main board, power supply board and the T-Con board. It's past the crappy 1 year warranty (of course) and I'm not paying someone to service something that cost me $350 2 years ago.
