iPhone XR: Screen goes black after a period of time

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to get some troubleshooting ideas if at all possible. I have an iPhone XR that for what ever reason, after a random period of time; between 3 to 30mins, will just go black.

I can still hear the phone working when i click the buttons on the phone. Has anyone came across this issue before and what did they do? I’m tempted to think it may be a faulty LCD connector (on the actual display) rather than a logic board problem. I don’t have a spare XR screen to test this, so if anyone has any possible ideas on how to troubleshoot the black screen problem I’d be grateful. If you need more information just let me know and I’ll update as quick as I can.
