I used my golf cart on the golf course several days ago and it was running fine, I went to use it again and it would not run. Upon inspection I pulled the oil filler tube cap an noticed it was about to overflow with a mixture of oil and gas. What are my next steps to getting this repaired?

Take carburetor off and fix stuck float valve and also check the electric main jet cutoff valve if so equipped and make sure it is functioning correctly. Drain oil and add fresh oil and filter. I would also check the fuel system and make sure the gas cap vent is not obstructed somehow.
