LG TV 42LB6200 sometimes won't turn on

TV model: LG TV 42LB6200

Hi, a while ago my TV started to have trouble to turn on. Sometimes it does manage to work but some times it won’t give an image.

I’ve measured the voltages on the power supply and it seems normal overall, except for the led strip voltage in P801, that is lower when the TV does’t turn on, giving between 105v and 107v.

The output voltage for the motherboard it’s all ok, even the standby voltage sits stable at 3.5v.

I’ve tried unplugging the Tcon and it’s the same.

Could it be the motherboard or it’s just the power supply?
