E65-f0 2sec Vizio logo then screen turns off

After turning on, Vizio logo shows for 2 sec then turns off. Back light is on the whole time. When I press buttons on remote, like menu or Netflix, you can see activity in the screen but you can't see any details, the shadows just move around on the screen.(edit: just realised that it's the back-light getting brighter in different locations) Now the back light is on the whole time but the screen is black. I've tried the flashlight method and there is no image, but didn't think there would be since backlights are on. I replaced the tcon board and am still getting the same results. Any ideas? Eeprom? Main board?

I checked my voltage and all looks good on the power board. Don't know how else to check the main board though. I am getting power to the tcon.
