Have this 24” led Cinema Display for a while, recently, have problems with black screen, but speaker through USB port is still working. I checked with other people’s post who had this similar issues in the past, but didn’t find what solutions they use to get it resolved, etc. Can anyone share your comment what did you use to get it resolved? Or replace the logic board the only way to get it worked again?

The logic board is what drives the LCD panel and is what is seen by your system 24" Alu LED Cinema Display Logic Board, Apple P/N 661-4823
Well you have me scratching my head here! Did you damage the displays LVDS cable and/or its connector on the logic board?
To be clear the display was working and then it died and then you opened it up correct? So you didn’t damage it before hand.
Here’s a bit more info:
As you can see the logic board is about it other than the display its self

Using a strong flashlight rest it on the display at a sharp angle can you see the faint image of your desktop and its icons?

@danj No, didn't see any, plus, it didn't detect any external display by either pc or MacBook Pro laptops.

Then you likely have a bad logic board

The USB ports are using a simple USB hob chip which is independent of the logic with drives the LCD panel.
Just like your car which has a dead wiper motor, that doesn't stop you from driving as long as its not raining ;-}
