Surround sound works on only two speakers

Hi Panasonic SA-HT70 system showed f61 and shut off. Didn’t switch on at all. Replaced the power amp ICs. Machine powers on, but only two of the speakers work. The display shows connection to all speakers, but sound only comes out of two of them. Any thoughts?
