Any ideas about removing a cherry pit out of tough turn?

Hello to anyone reading this.

Yes I know, cherry pits shouldn’t even go in dishwashers, but something this basic doesn’t occur to my thirteen-year-old daughter. I now have a stuck cherry pit and need some ideas about how to remove it. I’ve attached some images and hope to home ifixit deities can bless me with some wisdom.

I've done the wire coathanger thing and the shop vac blow trick to try and dislodge it to no avail.
