Red blinking light, shutoff after ~3 seconds on Panasonic Viera

My family’s Panasonic TV is pretty old, but it’s been working fine up until this morning. We run an Apple TV as well as a PS4 on it, all of which are attached to one power strip. It’s been giving us the red blinking light, but I’m at a bit of a loss at the moment.

I’ve unplugged it for a 30 seconds to a minute, turned off the power strip, and changed the outlet’s position, but every time it starts off running fine, showing the first-time setup options and our apple TV display, before turning off, and returning to the blinking light. Is this a hardware problem?
