No picture , Please help

I have a Panasonic TC54PS14. No picture, 7 blink code. Green light on the SC board comes on then dims slowly and goes out. So I don't know if it is my SC or A board. Please help.

TV shut down and will not turn back on

Open the TV and post pictures. We can then help you fix it...
